Complaints Policy

In the unfortunate circumstance where you feel the need to submit a complaint regarding a product or products, service or event - we have two clear ways in which you can contact us to notify us of the event. One for online and one for in-store:
 
For online complaints - you can contact us via enquiries@marketcrossjewellers.com - this will then be forwarded straight to the company manager, who will respond promptly and directly to the customer. 
 
For in-store complaints - firstly, you can come into the relevant store and ask to speak with the manager of the store. They will try their utmost to resolve the problem there and then. If the issue is still unresolved, you will then be informed to write in to enquiries@marketcrossjewellers.com, where the issue will be forwarded to the company manager, and you will be replied to promptly and directly.
