Standard "Tracked 24" Delivery – £4.00
Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery aims to deliver your product/s within 1 working day. Unlike Royal Mail's Next Day Delivery, this is not a guaranteed next day delivery service.
You can have your order delivered to any address in the UK by Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery if your order comes to under £100. Tracked 24 delivery orders must be signed for.
Tracked 24 delivery is £4.00 for orders under £100. Orders of £100 or more will automatically be upgraded to Next Day delivery for free.
Orders placed Monday to Thursday should arrive in 1 – 3 working days.
Orders placed on Friday or at the weekend should arrive within 2 - 4 working days.
Delivery: 9am - 5pm.

Next Day delivery - £6 (Free on orders over £100.00)
You can have your order delivered by Next Day delivery to any address in the UK. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail and will need to be signed for. Our Next Day service delivers on Saturdays for an extra charge of £1.00
Next Day delivery costs £6 for orders under £99.99 and is free on orders of £100 or more.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday will arrive the next day.
Orders placed after 1pm Monday to Thursday arrive within 2 working days.
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or anytime at the weekend will arrive on the following Tuesday.
Delivery: 8am - 1pm.

Delivery to store - Free
You can have your order sent to any of our Market Cross Jewellers Stores. For security purposes, the person who placed the order must collect it from the store and must take along the payment card used to pay for the order, together with the order number. If your order is a gift for someone else, they cannot collect the order. Your order must be collected from the store within 35 days.
Delivery to store is free on all orders. Your order will be ready for collection between 4 to 8 working days. We will email you when your order has been processed. We will email you again when your order has been despatched and will be ready for collection.
European Shipping - £15
International Shipping - £30
For European shipping there will be a charge of £15 on all orders less than £250. For international shipping there will be a charge of £30 on all orders less than £250. All orders of £250 or more receive free shipping. Please allow 7-10 working days for international delivery. Delivery lead times are extended over public holidays and certain delays can occur.

We offer free Next Day delivery in the UK on orders of £100 or more.
We offer free delivery on all international shipping for orders over £250.
Delivery to a Market Cross Jewellers store is free.
To qualify for free next day delivery, the total amount of the products purchased after any discount voucher is applied must be over £100
RETURNS
If you wish to return an item, you must return the item within 14 days of its receipt and include a completed copy of the downloadable Returns Form (Below link). ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT THEY WERE SHIPPED OR NO REFUND/ EXCHANGE WILL BE ISSUED.
Due to Health & Hygiene Regulations we are UNABLE to take any returns or exchanges for Earrings!
