A hugely appealing baby orangutan by Matt Buckley - part of the EDGE collection of contemporary sculpture. Known as the 'gardeners of the forest' Orangutans are the world's largest tree climbing animals - their ape-like shape and shaggy reddish fur makes them instantly recognisable. Orangutans live in the forests of Indonesia and Malaysia, however they are under threat due to the deforestation of these areas - the WWF is trying to counter this with a number of conservation programmes.
