Wolf watch boxes and winders are steeped in tradition and history, dating back to their inception in 1834. German silversmith Phillipp Wolf discovered that his silver pieces sold more when presented in a beautiful display box. This caused Wolf to shift his focus from creating silver pieces, to creating beautiful jewellery cased that both displayed and protected its valuable contents.
In 1962, Philip Wolf IV, the fourth generation of expert box makers, moved to England and opened a factory, employing over 300 people and cementing its place as the largest manufacturer of jewellery and watch boxes in all of Europe.
Once the Wolf family business had conquered all of Europe, they set their sights on taking the best and most recognizable watch and jewellery boxes across the pond, to the US and Canadian markets.
This was a difficult challenge, but through perseverance and belief in their exquisite product, the Wolf family managed to achieve remarkable success in the United States and Canada.
Today, the Wolf family business legacy continues. The company now not only crafts beautiful jewellery and watch boxes, but now design and create a wide variety of high quality gift items as well. Their patented technology and innovative design has ensured the company has kept up with modern times and kept its status as the market leader.
