On our Delivery & Returns page, you'll find all the information you need about shipping options, delivery times, and how we ensure your jewellery arrives safely. We offer a range of delivery methods to suit your needs, including secure tracked delivery for peace of mind.

 

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our easy-to-follow Returns Policy allows you to return or exchange items within the specified time frame. Our customer service team is always available to assist you with any questions or concerns regarding returns, exchanges, or refunds, ensuring a hassle-free process.

 

UK DELIVERY SERVICES:

Standard "Tracked 24" Delivery Service – £4.00 (FREE for orders over £30):

 

• • Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery aims to deliver your product/s within 1 working day. Unlike Royal Mail's Next Day Delivery, this is not a guaranteed next day delivery service. You can have your order delivered to any address in the UK by Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery if your order totals to under £150. Tracked 24 delivery orders must be signed for. Tracked 24 delivery is £4.00 for orders under £30. Orders from £30 to £149.99 qualify for free Tracked 24 delivery. Orders of £150 or more will automatically be upgraded to Next Day delivery for free. Orders placed Monday to Thursday should arrive in 1 – 3 working days. Orders placed on Friday or at the weekend should arrive within 2 - 4 working days.
    Please note: Delivery lead times are extended over public holidays. As products are spread across our many stores, immediate dispatch may not be available - we will strive to contact you at the earliest opportunity to inform you when you will expect to receive your order.

 

Next Day Delivery Service - £6.00 (FREE for orders over £150.00):

 

• • Available to any address in the UK. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail and will need to be signed for. Next Day delivery costs £6 for orders under £149.99 and is free on orders of £150 or more. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will arrive the next day if the item/s is in stock at head office. Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Thursday arrive within 2 working days if the item/s is in stock at head office. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or anytime at the weekend will arrive on the following Tuesday if the item/s is in stock at head office.

Click & Collect Service - Free:

 

• • Click & Collect is available for a handful of our stores. To successfully collect your order you will need to provide your web reference number along with the card you used to purchase your order. If your order is a gift for someone else, they cannot collect the order. Your order must be collected from the store within 35 days. Delivery to the store is free on all orders. Your order will be ready for collection between 4 to 8 working days. We will email you when your order has been processed. We will email you again when your order has been dispatched and when it will be ready for collection.

 

UK DELIVERY LEAD TIMES: 

 

Please note, the below is a guideline for delivery lead times for all delivery options. Delivery lead times are extended over public holidays. Selected products are held at other stores and  immediate dispatch may not be available - we will strive to contact you at the earliest opportunity to inform you when you will expect to receive your order.

 

EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY SERVICES:

 

* PLEASE NOTE, FOR ANY INTERNATIONAL/OVERSEAS ORDERS, CUSTOMS FEES AND CHARGES WILL APPLY ONCE THE ORDER ARRIVES IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY. THE PRICE YOU SEE ON SCREEN WILL BE MINUS THIS COST BUT THIS WILL NEED TO BE PAID FOR WHEN THE ORDER IS IN CUSTOMS IN THAT COUNTRY.*

 

European Shipping - £15:

• • For European shipping there will be a charge of £15 on all orders less than £250. All orders of £250 or more receive free shipping. Delivery lead times are extended over public holidays and certain delays can occur.

 

International Shipping -  £30:

• For international shipping there will be a charge of £30 on all orders less than £250. All orders of £250 or more receive free shipping. Please allow 7-10 working days for international delivery. Delivery lead times are extended over public holidays and certain delays can occur.

 

 

RETURNS: 

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS:

 

Once your refund has been processed, the funds will be back in your account by:

Credit/Debit Card: 1-5 working days

PayPal: Typically instantly

 

REFUNDS MUST BE PROCESSED BACK TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.
