What does my jewellery warranty include?
Any online jewellery purchase includes a 14 day refund warranty.
What does my jewellery warranty not include?
Damage to any item due to neglect or misuse is not covered by the product warranty. The warranty in relation to your purchase does not affect your statutory rights. To validate the guarantee, please include the receipt/copy of the dispatch note in your parcel. For your own security, please return defective item(s) to us by registered mail or with a return receipt. We are unable to assume liability for damage, loss or theft during transport.
What does my watch warranty include?
The warranty for any online watch purchase applies for the movement of the watch only. The watch movement is covered under the warranty and will commence from the day of purchase for 12 months only. The warranty covers the watch movement only and covers faults that may arise due to manufacturing defects but does not include the bracelet/strap, links, clasp, case, crown, bezel, dial, hands, pushers, screws, crystals, watch glasses of any type and/or diamonds.
What does my watch warranty not include?
Watch batteries are not included within this warranty. Wear and tear to the watch due to accident, neglect or misuse are not covered by the warranty; this includes blows, knocks, shocks or damage caused by electrical or magnetic interference. Loss or theft of the watch are not included in the warranty. The watch box and packaging are not included in the warranty.
How do I return a faulty item?
It’s simple, simply email our web team at enquiries@marketcrossjewellers.com and include the item you wish to return along with the reasons why you wish to return the item and any images to support this. Once received, a member of our web team will contact you to arrange shipment of the faulty item back to our Head Office. Once received one of our jewellery experts will inspect the item and confirm the fault. This will then be confirmed by a member of our web team and a refund or exchange will be offered to you.
