Sale & Discounted Items

Day Returns

Items purchased at a discounted or sale price may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation intact.

Full Price Items

Day Returns

Full price purchases may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.

The Returns Process

Submit Your Return Request

Complete our simple online returns form with your order details, the item you wish to return, and your reason for doing so. The form takes just a couple of minutes.

We Will Be in Touch

A member of our returns team will contact you within one working day to confirm your request and provide everything you need to send your item back to us safely.

Send Your Item Back to Us

Package your item securely with all original packaging and documentation, and return it using a tracked and insured postal service of your choice. We recommend retaining your proof of postage.

Leave the Rest to Us

Once we receive your return, a dedicated member of our team will personally review your case and be in touch to bring things to a swift and satisfactory resolution.

Conditions of Return

For a return to be accepted, items must be:

  • Unworn and in the same condition as when received
  • Returned with all original packaging, boxes, and cushions
  • Accompanied by all certificates, warranty cards, and documentation
  • Returned within the applicable timeframe for your item type
  • Sent using a tracked and insured postal service

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Items that show any signs of wear or use
  • Items that have been resized, engraved, or altered after purchase
  • Bespoke, personalised, or special order items
  • Items returned outside the applicable returns window
  • Items without their original packaging or documentation
