How It Works
- Complete the enquiry form with details and photographs of the items you would like to sell. The more detail you can provide, the more accurate your initial valuation will be.
- Our team will review your submission and provide an initial valuation within 1 to 2 business days.
- If you are happy to proceed, we will send you a free prepaid registered postage label so you can send your items to us securely and at no cost to you. Alternatively, if you prefer to arrange your own postage, we will refund your postage costs.
- Once we receive your items, our team will carry out a full assessment. We will then confirm our offer or, where possible, come back to you with a revised figure based on resale potential.
- If we are unable to reach an agreed price, your items will be returned to you free of charge — fully insured.
- Once an offer is accepted, payment will be made the same working day.
Important Information
All sellers must be aged 18 or over and provide valid photographic ID at the point of sale. Market Cross Jewellers reserves the right to decline any item at its discretion. Initial online valuations are indicative only and subject to change following full assessment of the items received. Payment is made the same working day an offer is accepted, which covers weekends and bank holidays where transfers may not be processed until the next working day.
